E’ la mia piazza preferita: Washington Square. Lì inizia la 5th Avenue e tutto intorno c’è la New York University e University Place, una chicca di via. Finalmente hanno finito i lavori e ora è tornata al suo splendore. Purtroppo, quando l’altra mattina ho deciso di dedicarle una visita, appena scesa dal taxi, ha iniziato a piovere e così sono dovuta scappar via. Non è destino!
It’s my favourite square: Washington Square. 5th Avenue starts from there and around here there’s NYU and the great University Place. Finally they finished to restore its former beauty. Last morning, when I decided to come there, it started to rain and I had to run away.
