prima di Praga sono stata invitata ad una cena al Four Seasons. E fin qui tutto normale, se non fosse che la cena si svolgeva in cucina e a presentare ogni piatto, cucinato appositamente per noi, fosse il grande Sergio Mei, executive-chef del ristorante dell’Hotel. Un’esperienza indimenticabile….
before I left the city to go to Prague I was invited to a dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel in Milan. So far so good, but for the table was in the kitchen and the executive-chef of the hotel, the great Sergio Mei, was cooking for us explained every dish. An unforgettable experience…..
