anche se il tavolo non era esattamente in cucina è stato come cenare al table in the kitchen del Trussardi alla Scala di Milano. Solo una vetrata mi divideva dagli chefs che laboriosamente preparavano le ricette rivisitate della cucina tradizionale per i numerosi ospiti in sala. Il tocco in più: la simpatia (e la bellezza!) dell’executive-chef Luigi Taglienti che ha iniziato la sua esperienza qui a luglio 2012, dopo aver lavorato nei migliori ristoranti d’Italia. Che io abbia osato troppo quando, impazzendo per il suo soufflé, gli ho chiesto: “Me lo prepari anche domattina a colazione?!”

even if the table wasn’t really in the kitchen it was like having dinner at the Trussardi alla Scala’s table in the kitchen. There was just a window between me and the chefs that were working yesterday night on the traditional recipes in a modern key for the several guests. The extra mile: the verve (and the beauty) of the executive-chef Luigi Taglienti that started his experience here in july 2012 after a long time spent in the best italians restaurants. Maybe I dared too much when, getting crazy for his soufflé, I beged him: “Could you make me this tomorrow morning for breakfast?!”
