a field trip

quando oggi mi hanno proposto di andare a pranzo sui Navigli e io, invece, ho optato per la Brianza non sapevo che la giornata si sarebbe trasformata in una gita. E quando c’è di mezzo Roby ho imparato che devo avere un paio di sneakers sempre con me. Mi ha raggiunta al ristorante per il caffè e da lì siamo saliti (letteralmente) a prendere i formaggini di Montevecchia, la frutta fresca e a esplorare il Giardino di Eva dove ho ritrovato la frutta di un tempo, quella con colore e sapore. Fortunatamente, sono riuscita ad evitare i 177 gradini….ma solo perchè avevo le scarpe sbagliate!

today, when I decided to go to the countryside, in Brianza, instead of Milan, I didn’t know it would have been a trip. And when it comes to Roby I have to wear sneakers. He came to have a coffee with us and from there we came up to buy some cheese, fresh fruits and to visit Eva’s Garden where I had the opportunity to taste some fruit like in the past, finding flavor and color of yore. Lucky me I could avoid 177 steps to the church….just because I was wearing wrong shoes!
